This detached house features: an entrance hall opening onto a separate kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, washing machine, 2 gas and 2 induction hobs, and an oven. A living/dining room with a TV area and balcony access. A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed is located on the ground floor, with a separate toilet and a small bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a second bathroom with a toilet.

Outside: balcony, garden furniture, an unfenced garden with a hedge enclosing the property, and a courtyard for secure parking.
A garage is available for your sports equipment and bicycles/motorcycles. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
