Stayed with family five nights in room 1101 in May 2012.
One small room on top of another, making the space even smaller than it is. Extremely sparse furnishings - the room takes up to four people but there is only one night reading lamp. No non-transparent curtains on the windows. The 'fully equipped kitchen' is fully equipped for frying an egg. If the 'fully equipped kitchen' was any less equipped there'd be walls missing.
The toilet is downstairs, the bathroom upstairs - not a problem if you are not in the habit of washing your hands after. The bedroom is upstairs, the toilet downstairs - not a problem if you never have to go during the night. If you do, you'll be bumping your toes in the dark for a while because there is no light switch close to the bed.
One double bed upstairs, the other (collapsible sofa) downstairs - not nice for children too small to be left completely unattended during the night, like our three year old.
Ventilation very loud. Building only a couple of years old, but already showing the signs of decay - cracks in the bathroom wall, bedroom blinds stuck open (and there are no curtains!).
To input the code that opens the gate during the night, you have to get out of the car.
In short, an extremely badly designed place, whose architects seemingly never spent a night in a hotel.
One small positive point - staff very courteous and helpful (but they don't bring the toilet upstairs when you need it).
