'During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. Furthermore, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a portable heater as an alternative. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during...

'Gracias por la amabilidad y eficiencia de las chicas de la recepción . Es un lugar para volver .'

'Excelente experiencia. Muy buena opción para familias con niños. La atención es de primera. El desayuno es abundante y muy sabroso. Volvería.'

'Breakfast was average. Pool was good.'

'Great location. Beach service.'

'Desde la cocina se ve el mar. Hay una piscina no siempre climatizada pero no fria. Piscina exterior fria. Desayuno bueno y completo. Habitacion matrimonial con MUCHA luz al amanecer (7 am). Ubicacion muy buena(cerca del mar con servicio de playa y al centro totalmente caminable). Lindo predio. En general un poco de falta de mantenimiento. '

Not clean, bad maintenance, very small spaces, humidity, terrible beds, cockroaches everywhere, WiFi of bad quality, broken fridges and instead of repairing they moved us to another cabin and pit Another family with the broke fridge. As I have been Reading in other reviews this is been going on for Some weeks without repairing the fridge. Way too expensive for what is offered. On the plus side good...

'The only good thing here was the location and the breakfast, then the rooms, restrooms, living rooms and kitchen appliances are completely dirty. The place was extremely cold.'
