'The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

'The pictures do not lie, beautiful room, beautiful view and the quaint, little balcony was wonderful. There are black out shutters which is great for sleeping in. Great location, a few mins from Piazza Maggiore and the main streets for all the great food. They also provide recommendations for places to eat and activities. I went to Ristorante Teresina, so lovely. Down a quiet alley with great service and even better bolognese. Most importantly, Greta was super helpful and patient with my jet...
