The room we stayed in was a handicap accessible with a roll in shower, also open bed frame not platform bed. It did meet our needs. The only downfall that upset us was the parking spaces out front were quite smaller than expected for or vehicle with a side ramp. 'The pictures online definitely don’t match what you get and they should be updated. The pool stayed locked 1/2 the time we were there. I had requested joining rooms when I reserved it 5 weeks in advance because I have kids, and we did not receive that so we had to split up. The breakfast was terrible. 'Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Refused our stay due to my husband's disability requiring a service animal, despite the fact that they list the hotel as accepting pets and service animals. I was told by staff my stay had been refunded. 2 days later, not only was I charged for my stay, I was also advised by another staff the refund was never issued. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager or receive a refund for a hotel room I never stayed in due to staff refusal.'

'Situated in a very accessible area which makes navigating to anywhere a breeze. The Staff is super friendly, Rooms are clean with comfortable bedding, the gym too is unbelievably Clean and smells nice. Pool is small but clean,No hot tub. Wished rooms had balconies and more coffee pods as well as a continental breakfast inclusion would be a nice touch. But all in all a Fantastic stay!'
