The bathroom features a deep clawfoot tub that requires stepping over a high tub wall, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit

After booking, guests will receive a short rental agreement to review and sign electronically. This helps ensure that everyone understands the house guidelines and expectations for the stay.

A refundable security deposit is also required prior to arrival. This is simply a temporary hold, similar to what hotels place on a credit card during a stay. No charges are made unless there is damage, missing items, or violations of the house rules.

The hold is released after checkout once the property has been inspected.
