De suite bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping, een groot appartement met een slaapkamer boven een advocatenkantoor. Het woongedeelte is toegankelijk via een eigen ingang op de 1e verdieping, met Smart-toegang. De hal is ideaal voor het opslaan van fietsen, golfclubs of modderige schoenen. Een brede trap leidt naar de woonruimte op de 2e verdieping en de woonkamer / eetkamer. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank. De woon / eetkamer wordt gemarkeerd door plafonds van 10 centimeter en 3 grote ramen aan de voorzijde van het gebouw en een groot glas-in-loodraam. Het scheiden van de woonkamer en slaapkamer is een grote, volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe apparatuur. De slaapkamer is ook geaccentueerd met 10 'plafonds en 2 grote ramen. Aan de achterzijde van de slaapkamer bevindt zich de badkamer, wasruimte en grote inloopkast.

This property was just perfect for our long weekend stay. We were able to walk around Hanover and explore easily. The owners are thoughtful with some snacks, k cups and drinks in the fridge. The road is a little busy and noisy with larger vehicle traffic on a work day but a nice neighborhood. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Perfect stay

This was a great location for us. Easy to check in and everything was clean. Plenty of parking so you didn’t have to worry about not having a spot. If you forgot anything they had it there incase. There were some snacks and drinks there if we wanted them. You could walk to some shops and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Nice Place

The unit was clean, manager was quick to respond and l stayed there for a week. The queen bed was too high and small for me and my husband. There were steps provided so that you can get up in the bed. A regular king size bed would be a nice replacement. Also there are steps inside to get up to the unit so that would stop me from staying there again. . The decor is nice and the unit was comfortable.

Sam's apartment works perfectly for my sister and I. This was our third time. It's convenient to Gettysburg and other places to visit. There are good restaurants not far away, walking or driving. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

So very nice

This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. There was coffee pods, oil and spices, some drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom were some toiletries and body wash/shampoo were provided. Sam seems to have thought of everything his guests might need. The location was great with parking available next to the building. Close to Gettysburg, not too far from Lancaster and Hershey. This was a great place to stay. Thank you Sam for sharing your beautiful apartment!

Amazing rental experience

I’ve never rented a property like this before, but the reviews were great, the price was amazing, and the pictures looked perfect. I could not have been happier with my stay. The apartment is perfect and has so many helpful features - wireless chargers, easy keyless access, nightlights right where they are needed. Sam thinks of everything. If you are thinking of staying in or around Hanover, honestly just book this place if you can. No need to look further - hotels are twice the cost and twice the hassle for half the space and amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Sam, for sharing this space and for all the care you put into making your guests comfy.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay in this suite. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this affordable alternative to the area's hotels. The unit is clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. This is an upstairs unit, as described in the listing, so that should be noted by anyone with mobility issues. Also, the living room is off of a staircase open to the first floor hallway (which can be used by law firm employees, etc) so that might be a little odd if you plan to utilize the sleeper sofa. We didn't find it to be a concern, however, when using the living room. The host provided great communication and truly cared about our stay. The location was great for us. Although on a busy street, the traffic was light in the evenings and early mornings so noise was not an issue when sleeping. We certainly hope that this property remains available and affordable for our future visits as we intend to stay again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

I traveled to Hanover on business and for a family visit. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, well maintained and extremely clean. The Hosts put forth every effort to ensure comfort, convenience and safety. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with many amenities. The location is perfect with shopping, restaurants and tourist sites close by. Without a doubt, my trip was made more enjoyable by staying in this apartment. A nice refuge, close to Gettysburg

Stayed for four nights at this lovely property in Hanover. Used it as a base for attending a conference in Gettysburg. Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was easy and responsive. All in all, very satisfactory and I hope to stay again for the conference next year!

Property was amazing! Exactly like this pictures! Host went above and beyond expectations with all the extras!! Never imagined there would be everything we needed including laundry soap and bathroom necessities! Located in the center of town with all kinds of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be planning another trip to this location!!
