As you enter, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the water. The room is filled with natural light and includes a smart TV where you can log in to your own Netflix account. The open layout leads into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals or entertaining your family or loved ones.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. One has a double bed and a desk, ideal for working during your stay. The other bedroom has two single beds that can easily be combined into one double bed, depending on your preference.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, modern finishings and a bidet function for extra comfort.
Additional highlights include air conditioning throughout the apartment, an elevator for easy access with luggage, and generous storage space.

Late check-out may result in an additional fee.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed at any time.
Violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Noise complaints will lead to cancellation of the booking.
4. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property.
Violation will result in a €600 cleaning fee.
5. Cleanliness
Guests must leave the property tidy and clean.
Clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.

6. Damage and Missing Items
Any damage, stains, or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Report any accidental damage immediately.
7. Maximum Occupancy
Do not exceed the number of guests indicated in the booking.
Extra guests staying overnight without prior approval is not allowed.
8. Pets
No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved before arrival.
Unauthorized pets will result in an extra cleaning fee and potential cancellation.
9. Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
10. No Commercial Use
The property may not be used for filming, photography, or business purposes without prior written permission.
11. Compliance
Any breach of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, additional charges, and/or being reported to Airbnb.
