Guests have full and private access to their room and private bathroom. There are no shared spaces.

The building is equipped with a lift, making it easy to reach the entrance if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. From the entrance, it`s just one short flight of stairs to reach the room.

Check-in is completely keyless. You will receive a unique smart code before your arrival, which gives you access to both the building and your room. No need to meet anyone or coordinate keys — just enter the code, walk in, and enjoy your stay.

1. Check-in / Check-out

Check-out: by 10:00 AM sharp
Late check-out may result in an additional fee.

2. No Parties or Events

Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed at any time.
Violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

3. Quiet Hours

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Noise complaints will lead to cancellation of the booking.

4. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property.
Violation will result in a €600 cleaning fee.

5. Cleanliness

Guests must leave the property tidy and clean.
Clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.

6. Damage and Missing Items

Any damage, stains, or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Report any accidental damage immediately.

7. Maximum Occupancy

Do not exceed the number of guests indicated in the booking.
Extra guests staying overnight without prior approval is not allowed.

8. Pets

No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved before arrival.
Unauthorized pets will result in an extra cleaning fee and potential cancellation.

9. Security

Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

10. No Commercial Use

The property may not be used for filming, photography, or business purposes without prior written permission.

11. Compliance
