De accommodatie is gelegen op de tweede verdieping en volledig toegankelijk voor de gasten. De ondergrondse parking bevindt zich aan de Vrijdagsmarkt, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de accommodatie.
House Rules:
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is not possible unless requested in advance with the Staybuddy property management team.
- You will receive the access code precisely at 3:00 PM after all payments have been made in advance and proof has been provided.
- A tourist tax of €3 per person per night is applicable and must be paid in advance. Additionally, linen and cleaning costs must be settled before check-in; otherwise, the access code will not be provided.
Key Management:
- We kindly request you to keep the key in the key box to prevent loss. If the key is taken and, for any reason, we cannot access the property, or if the keys are lost, the costs will be passed on to the guest.
- For bookings for two people, charges include a standard bed for two. If you wish to sleep separately and require an extra bed, additional charges will apply for extra linen. Please inform us of your sleeping arrangements during booking, as changes on the same day are not possible once cleaning is completed. If booking for four people, kindly let us know in advance how you prefer to sleep.
Smoking, Pets, and Parties:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the house trash cans.
- Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
- Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
- When leaving the apartment, please turn off the heating.
Internet Power Supply:
- Please do not turn off the power supply for the internet.
Quiet Hours:
- Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please respect this, keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
Bedding Care:
- If bedding is dirty or has stains, such as from food, guests are responsible for the cost of new bedding.
Extra Guests and Visitors:
- No additional guests are allowed without the host`s consent. Unauthorized extra guests will incur a fine of €50 per additional guest.
- No outside visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval from the host.
Engagement in Illegal Activities:
- No engagement in illegal activities on the property, including both drugs and internet use.
Damages and Breakages:
- Upon entering the apartment, we conduct a pre-check for potential damages. Any damages made after check-out will be reported, and guests are responsible for the associated costs. Guests are responsible for any damages and are required to provide appropriate compensation.
Pest Prevention:
- Please avoid leaving food that may attract unwanted guests. Our home is clean and free of pests, and we intend to keep it that way.
Kitchen Cleanliness:
- Kindly clean the kitchen and do the dishes before your departure.
Plant Care:
- If your stay exceeds 5 days, please water the plants.
Important Considerations:
- If we observe that the apartment is exceptionally dirty beyond the initially allocated cleaning hours, additional charges will apply for the extra cleaning. This also applies to dirty linens that require additional washing and dry cleaning.
- If there are more guests present for sleeping than originally booked, additional charges will apply.
Accessibility Concerns:
- Wheelchair Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is not wheelchair-friendly due to stairs and limited accessibility features. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Steep Stairs: Older guests should be aware that the apartment has steep stairs, potentially challenging for those with mobility issues. Please consider this when booking.
- Neighborhood Noise: The apartment is situated in a lively neighborhood with nearby cafes. During the weekend, some noise may occur due to the old foundation of the house. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
- Mosquitoes: In the summer, mosquitoes may be present. We advise guests to take necessary precautions, such as using mosquito repellent or closing windows in the evening to minimize their presence.

Violating our house rules will result in a €150 fine plus charges for any damaged items. Making a reservation implies that you have read and agreed to these rules and statements. If guests mention anything from these rules in their reviews, your review may be deleted by Airbnb support.
