'Great boutique hotel in the middle of Tuscany. Wonderful views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really loved the complimentary wine tasting at their nearby winery! We only wish their rooftop deck would’ve been open for even better views. The hotel and winery are family owned and it’s very clear that they value every guest!'

'Capanna is echt een prima verblijf, nieuw, schoon en goed ingericht. De kamer is wel vrij sober met maar één stoel en geen koffie- of thee faciliteiten. Wel een mooie koelkast met flesjes water voor ons. De bewegwijzering naar Capanna is zeer slecht. Nergens een bordje met aanduiding bij de onverharde weg die je moet nemen. Google maps vindt het niet. Uiteindelijk is een bewoner van de omgeving ons voorgegaan om geraderd te vinden. Dit moet echt beter !'

'The communication with the host was a bit confusing as I was told that a “colleague” would be there but, actually, it was the host’s mother. Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom....

'We got a really basic room. Tv was not working good, bathroom is really tiny and it needs acrobatic moves to get on the toilet. Parking is 300 meters from hotel and costs 10€. Positive side is you are in the city and can easy walk around,'

'The property is very nice . My room was ok , nice view , spacious bathroom except the shower . The lights switchers are confusing but understandable because is an old European style . Breakfast is very good . A lot choices and was included in the price . Staff is great always try to help you . Location is good , just 600 mts from San Gimignano main entrance . You don’t need a car to go close to inside the walls . Parking is difficult in the area but you will find a spot away from the hotel .!...
