Welcome to the unpretentious and breezy Graceville, an elegant 4-bedroom villa on the platinum west coast of Barbados. The property is located directly across from a quiet and safe beach, which is excellent for sun bathing, water sports, and long walks. There is a panoramic, unobstructed view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with its white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. The villa is close to golfing and dining at the world-famous Sandy Lane Hotel. Nearby shopping is available in Holetown.

Enter Graceville via the enclosed patio/sun room, and you'll find stunning displays of art, high ceilings and an exquisite décor which enhances the relaxed ambience. There is every convenience and amenity to make your stay pleasing, peaceful and unforgettable. Graceville is spacious; perfect for entertaining and having fun. The entire property is enclosed with gates making it safe for children to play outside.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (each bathroom has a hair-dryer). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a personal safe for your valuables. Housekeeping service is provided twice on a weekly basis.

The bed configuration is as follows:

Master bedroom - 1 King size bed - sleeps two. En-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.

2nd bedroom - 1 Queen size bed - sleeps two. Shares bathroom (tub and shower) with bedroom 4.

3rd bedroom - 2 Twin beds that can be joined together to make a king-sized bed - sleeps 2. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

4th bedroom - double bed sleeps 1 or 2 comfortably. Shares bathroom (tub and shower) with bedroom 2.

There are 3 Supermarkets and a fish market within 10 minutes of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a bar counter which seats 4 guests. There is also a dining area which comfortably seats 6 guests. For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and space for hanging clothing if needed.

For your comfort and entertainment, the property is equipped with cable TV, DVD players, and three flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout, along with direct-dial landlines in every room offering free local calls. International calls are restricted; however, a MagicJack service provides free calls to the USA and Canada.

Step outside and enjoy easy access to the garden, a spacious patio, and outdoor dining areas featuring two tables and chairs. A BBQ grill with utensils and gloves is provided—just bring your own coals. Additional amenities include a picnic folding table, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your seaside adventures.

The villa undergoes annual inspections by the Fire and Health Departments, with certificates issued for both.
