The apartment is 1102 and located on the 11th floor of the E1 Suites building, which is situated on Devil’s Tower Road, directly opposite Physique Gym. On the ground floor of the building, you will find the popular restaurant ‘Freska,’ a useful landmark to recognise the location.

To enter the building, walk up to the main entrance where you will see electronic sliding doors. These doors provide easy access and open automatically when you approach. Once inside, take the lift to the 11th floor. The apartment number is clearly marked as 1102.

Your apartment door is equipped with a smart lock which will require a personalised code to access. This code will be sent to you either the night before or on the morning of your arrival, allowing keyless and convenient entry to your suite.

We are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay. Additionally, you can use our virtual assistant, VistaBot, for quick answers to any questions. Simply select your specific property in VistaBot and ask away—help is always just a message away!

The spa & wellness centre is **NOT** included in your booking. The price is £40pp. This can be booked directly on the website e1spa where the direct contact details are listed.
House Rules
1. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests only. No additional guests or visitors without prior approval.
2. No smoking inside the apartment or building; please use designated outdoor areas.
3. No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
4. No parties or events permitted.
5. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbours.
6. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy on checkout.
7. Dispose of rubbish in designated bins or rubbish chute.
8. Use appliances and facilities responsibly; report any damages promptly.
9. Ensure all lights, air conditioning, and electrical devices are switched off when not in use or upon checkout.
10. Return apartment keys and building fob to the smart lock (Igloo) outside the entrance using the same code you received. A £50 charge applies if keys are not returned.
11. Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless arranged otherwise.
12. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
