Cell phone signals are not super strong in our area, so you may experience spotty phone calls.
The house is located off a 2-lane thoroughfare. As a result, there should be some traffic expected, especially in the driveway. The house is built from ICF Concrete, so any audible traffic noise inside the house and backyard is minimal.
Use the hot tub at your own risk. Never leave children unattended
The entire home and property are available to guests, with the exception of the outdoor storage shed & a locked storage closet in the home.
Host is not responsible for third party amenity interruptions; such as electricity water, gas or internet. These are beyond our control. For example; anything due to weather or natural causes, down power lines, frozen pipes, any outages. Therefore, we cannot give refunds for these reasons.
Exterior cameras are located at the front door & driveway along with a portion of the backyard and covered patio. They are only monitored if needed during a guest’s visit. Home is fully armed while vacant.
