The space
750 Sq Ft | < 3 Miles to Lake

This second floor cottage boasts of a fully stocked kitchenette, dining room, living room, 3/4 bathroom, master bedroom with queen size bed and queen guest bed off the living area. The two queen bed beds are separated by a door, but headboards share a wall. Glass doors open out onto a private external staircase and scenic views of the surrounding fields and guest pool.

The shared luxury hot tub has a view of the garden and Koi pond, and is open daily until 10pm.

The shared pool area has a large deck, plenty of seating and a fire pit. Pool is shared with guests in the pool cottage, but each cottage has their own cushioned and shaded seating area poolside, with umbrella and private gas fire pit. This cottage also has its own grill for barbeque poolside. Pool may be lit up for night time swimming.

The yard boasts beautiful flower gardens and a Koi pond. Grounds are shared with pool cottage and main house guests. Rear patio area of main house and its amenities are reserved for main house guests only.

Steps away you will find access to winter snowmobile trails and we are just minutes away from Gunstock Ski Mountain.

Guest access
Cottage is on the second floor and is accessed by a private external stairway. This unit is completely private and not shared. You will be given the lockbox code for entry. Parking for the garage cottage is in the upper gravel parking lot.
Other things to note
There are two additional rental units in separate buildings on site. This listing is for the "Garage Cottage". Please be advised you will likely see and hear other guests while on the property. However, we do strictly enforce noise ordinances after 10pm and have noise meters on site.

Please be aware that some outdoor amenities are shared and some are reserved for specific units.

The pool is shared between guests of this cottage and the pool cottage. Access to the pool is from 10am to 10pm. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. We try to open early and close late as long as weather permits, but cannot promise access outside of these dates.

The hot tub is shared by all three units. Access to the hot tub is from 10am to 10pm. It is open year round with minimal down times. We only shut it down for required cleanings and try to do this when it doesn't impact reservations.


Need more space? Want the pool to yourselves? Rent the other on-site cottage. Renting both gives you more space to invite friends or family and will allow exclusive use of the pool area. Have a large group that wants to vacation together? Rent the whole compound! The main house sleeps 12 and can also be rented. Contact us for links to the additional rentals.
