Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee in our 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft cottage/condo at Yacht Club Vista Condominiums in Gilford NH. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom plus a queen in the loft. Split A/Cs and ceiling fans throughout. High speed internet with streaming on 2 TVs. 3/4 bath with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and ice maker in the fridge. BBQ grill, and an oversize picnic table with umbrella. A deep water boat slip on the new expansive over the water sun deck is available for up to a 27' boat with trailer parking supplied (launch ramp onsite). Our private association sandy beach with beach chairs, sun and shade and a swim raft is just across the street. The oversize boat/sun deck with chairs, tables and umbrellas is a great spot for enjoying a lake breeze, a sunrise, viewing the Lake and mountains or listening to the concerts next door at the Bank of NH Pavilion (a 5 minute walk). The tennis/pickleball court and outdoor pool are steps away. 2 assigned parking spaces are just outside our rear door.
Weirs Beach, Funspot, Gunstock, restaurants and shopping are just a 10-15 minute drive. Our Sanders Bay location makes for a leisurely boat ride to any water destination on the Lake. There is a minimum 7 night rental, with a 6 guest maximum. Sorry, NO PETS, no smoking, no vaping, etc. There is a mandatory $100 resort fee payable to Yacht Club Vista per stay.
