'We had a really nice stay at the Idoop. Clean, good shower and the best bed we had during our travelling so far. The staff is most friendly and willing to help with any kind of request. All of the staff speak English. There is a nice shopping mall nearby but for other touristic atractions you have to rent a taxi or car with driver. That can also be arranged in the hotel... I am sure we will visit the hotel again on our next travels.'

'My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. 'Nabij geen winkeltjes of restaurants. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op 4 dagen verblijf slechts 1x avondeten genomen, dat was echt slecht. Ook ontbijt vrij smaak en kleurloos. Moest het eten lekkerder zijn zou ik hier lang kunnen verblijven'
