Kamer was prima en had een enorm grote mooie badkamer. Het inchecken ging echter wel moeizaam. Van "de kamer is over 5 min klaar" naar "het gaat nog wel een half uur duren". Was jammer want het was erg heet en mochten om onduidelijke reden niet in het zwembad. Ontbijt in het restaurant wat er bij hoort was heerlijk

Horrendous establishment. Accepts a booking and we’ll in advance then cancels 6 hours before check-in claiming they have no space. Save the stress and avoid this place at all costs!

Very nice hotel in the middle of everything but not noisy. Surprisingly good breakfeast. Overall very good.

Et godt hotel, uden at være fantastisk. Men det mest fantastiske personale. Søde imødekommende og venlige. Og det var ikke påtaget, men virkede naturligt. Superoplevelse, modsat det sidste hotel vi boede på, som var over dobbelt så dyrt.

ótima praia, quarto e staff
O quarto é fantástico. Espaçoso, bem mobiliado, com A/C, chaleira, otimo WiFi e boas amenidades. A água é salobra e há muitas quedas de energia, mas isso é na ilha toda. O staff é sensacional, jovens muito simpáticos e que se desdobram para ajudar. O café da manhã não é buffet mas vc pode escolher quantas opções quiser do cardápio. As únicas questões são a piscina que na verdade praticamente só serve para o curso de mergulho e a área de praia - restaurante e espreguiçadeiras - que não existe mais por determinação do governo (todas as construções na praia foram demolidas). Isso fez com que o hotel e quase toda a ilha esteja em reforma, com muito entulho e obras por toda parte. Não chegou a nos atrapalhar. A área de praia em frente ao hotel é a melhor da ilha para banho. Muito perto do pier e de boas opções de restaurantes.

I booked this hotel on Gili Trawangan from Feb 11 to Feb 13 (2 nights), but all transport to Lombok and Gili Island has been forbidden by Indonesian Port Authority (or similar government institution) until Feb 15, so it was impossible to go to the island at those dates. I understand it was not caused by the hotel, but it wasn't caused by me as well, so I expect at least to share the price with hotel, but they charged me (and probably all guests at that time) 100%. I don't think it's fair.

Awesome amazing peaceful romantic
I got my private pool and it was really awesome. Valuable! Satisfaction fulfilled! The beachfront was so amazing with hard waves and it sound very wonderful, especially during breakfast infront of the beach and beside of flowered garden and trees. Staf was very friendly with welcoming drink served. Only wifi just lil bit to upgrade bcoz it sometimes offline. In 10 I fortunately give 9. Thank you sunsethouse and please keep it up.

Einfache Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Die Bambushütten sind einfach und etwas hellhörig, haben aber eine Klimaanlage und eine schöne Aussendusche. Es gibt einen schönen ruhigen Garten und eine eigene Tauchschule. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es gibt kostenlosen internetzugang, sogar am Strand. Das Frühstücksrestaurant befindet sich direkt am Strand. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der Partymeile, was uns gut gefallen hat.

Reservamos por una noche y la sensacion al llegar fue muy buena.personal amable,habitacion grande y huella dactilar para abrir la puerta de la habitacion,lo que un poco oscura ya que no hay muchas ventanas. Tuvimos un contratiempo con la electricidad,se fue la luz durante 1hora y media, por lo que la habitacion al ser por huella dactilar se queda abierta y no pudimos salir del hotel hasta que se soluciono. Ante tal problema fuimos a hablar con el propietario,el cual muy amable busco una forma de compensar aquella situacion. En general fue una estancia muy agradable a un precio increible.el mejor wifi de indonesia,pudimos ver hasta peliculas.habitacion muy bien decorada.desayuno rico con variedad enfrente de la playa

Un peu cher pour la prestation.
Hôtel agréable, une douche à l'italienne très agréable malgré le manque de pression. En revanche les murs donnent un peu le sentiment d'être dans un bâtiment désaffecté. Bien pour un court séjour mais un peu cher pour la prestation ... La piscine est partagée pour l'hôtel et le club de plongé, du coup on ne prend pas vraiment plaisir à se baigner. Le petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable à volonté et a la carte est en revanche un super atout.

Ingen höjdare, skulle inte bo här igen. Första intrycket var att det var ganska smutsigt- de allmänna utrymmen vid receptionen kändes väldig lågbudget (tomma glas, plastflaskor och smutsiga servetter på borden). Resturangen var trevlig, men man behöver inte bo på hotellet för att kunna nyttja den. Rummet skulle ha utsikt över trädgården, men en vit stenvägg var allt man såg från vår uteplats. Överlag var städningen sådär, förstår att det blir mycket sand, men hade gärna sett åtminstone riktiga försök till att få det hyggligt rent. På det stora hela skulle vi inte bo här igen.

Awesome place! The staff are so great!
The location of this hotel is great. Not far from the port, it's just steps to the beach and right on the main strip! Yet far enough away to not be noisy at night. We had originally only booked 2 nights but then extended our stay to 4 because we loved the island so much! The rooms were always kept clean and the staff is just amazing! They are so friendly, and helpful. Especially(spelling might be off) D (alex), Nas, Eka and Sitiy. They always would make sure we were enjoying our stay and they were all just so pleasant to talk to. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.If I ever get the chance to get back to Gili Id definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 and not a 5 is because of the technical difficulties. With the being said the whole island has problems with power outages. The room has this really cool finger scan technology as a lock, but when the power went out the door had no lock. The staff was always there so we felt safe our stuff wouldn't be stolen but still made us a little uneasy. The wifi works great in the lobby but we had trouble at times with it in the room. The rooms have high ceilings and the bathroom has a sunroof which we thought was nice. The shower didn't have the best water pressure but it did the trick. Overall, we loved our stay here! Jättemysigt hotell med bra läge
Good heart resort var toppen! Fräscha rum, trevlig personal och bra läge. Frukosten på stranden var väldigt mysig och man kunde hyra cyklar och snorklingsutrustning på hotellet för en billig peng. Vi var supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!

Great location, very nice and helpful staff, beach facilities and breakfast were ok. But, seaview room was disappointment, because there wasn't any seaview. Do not pay extra for "seaview" bungalows, rather discount would be fair, because of noisy road near by. Hotel was advertised little falsely, this seawiew, no metioning about cleaning or changing towels and well indead, there were not that kind of services.

Efter omständigheterna bra
Hotellet hade fått en klockren 5a om det inte vore för att de tappade bort vår förbetalade rumsreservation. Mao hade de inget rum ledigt till oss när vi kom. Servicen är generellt i detta landet är sådär när allt är frid och fröjd och katastrofal när det är nått jobbigt som har hänt. Detta fick vi bistert erfara här. De var helt handtappade och visste inte vad de skulle göra. Jag fick själv föreslå att vi sköt fram vår vistelse ett dygn och då gick det. Men bortsett från den lilla fadäsen var det tipptipp. Rena, stora rum, underbar frukost på stranden samt lite utanför partyområdet. Det finns en moské som väcker allt o alla på ön. Böneutropen från minareten kommer man inte ifrån var man än bor.

Worth the $$$$
The good heart is an amazing hotel! We usually are more budget travelers, and decided to treat ourselves for our last night in GiliT. We booked through hotels and got a great price. We were blown away by how nice our room was. Super comfortable bed! We ended up falling asleep in the middle of the day because the bed was so nice. The bathroom is something out of a magazine. Rain fall shower head was awesome, Breakfast was buffet style and was included with the room which is always a huge plus. If you have the money I would highly recommend the good heart resort.

Bad gilli trip
Room falsely advertised, road between villa and beach with horse n carts going all day ,very noisey , our room next to pool with people swimming all day n night, room safe not even bolted down , villa very run down , bed was broken ,not much hot water, food just ,problem is everything comes in by boat, could not recommend this hotel.

Ett paradis!
Bästa upplevelsen på Gili. Supermysigt hotell med bästa och trevligaste personalen vi träffat. Alltid hjälpsamma. Supergod frukost mitt på stranden. Jättesköna solstolar och jättesköldpaddor som badade nedanför i havet. Ett paradis!

i had stayed 2 night 16 and 17 on july.2015 here. when i paid for this room, i paid with $120 per one night. so i was exited for the day. becuase when i used hotels.com, holtes.com always provide room to me with a resonable price. but at this time, not at all. condition and size of room, breakfast etc.. from now on, when i travel to anywhere, i first think to choose for using which website. last time, hotels.com is always right....

Sauber und überaus hilfsbereites Personal
Das Zimmer entsprach jeglichem Komfort, den man sich auf den Gilis erhoffen kann(sauberes Zimmer, warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage). Zudem übertraf das Personal all unsere Erwartungen. Extrawünsche oder Probleme wurden sofort erfüllt und gelöst. Rund um die Uhr ist auf dem Gelände ein Ansprechpartner zu finden, welche bei jeglichen Belangen zur Hilfe schreiten.

One of the Worst Hotels I have been to.
1 Star hotel that comes with a 5 star price tag solely taking advantage of its location i.e. The limited hotel rooms available on the party island of Gili Trawangan. Most of the appliances don't work and there are bed bugs in your bed.

My partner and I could not have found a better place to stay on the island! The location was ideal - beach that you could actually swim at right in front of you at breakfast (unlike some areas of the island), short walk to the busier area with more restaurants and night life, but also quiet. There were plenty of activities right in front of us - diving (organised through Blue Marine at the hotel), snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding and a spa! The hotel staff were so friendly and happy to look after us, that even though we had booked to move to another hotel half way through our stay (organised prior to arriving) they were happy for us to return most days and stay at the hotel and beach for the day. We stayed in one of the villas, which had a lovely outside style bathroom, all the little things we needed like a fridge, safe and AC, and looked right across to the water. It was a very sad day when we left Good Heart, and we are counting down to when we can return again!

We spent 3 days at this resort and really enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and friendly. We met some nice guests. Breakfast was not great. The location was very good.

Good location, convenient
Great location just off the beach. You can snorkle out 10-20 meters and there will be fish. Very handy with finger print lock instead of a key or keycard. Staff is nice enough, altough presence at reception was a bit spotty. The rooms are nice although the bathrooms could use a facelift, especially the shower. Overall, however, we had a very good and convenient stay.

Excellent hotel and staff
Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Everything worked and can recommend this to anyone. The beach is just next to the hotel and there's a reef so you can spend your time laying on sunbeds and snorkeling. Nighlife is in walking distance but so far that you won't be bothered by the noise.
