'Helpful staff, convenient location'

'I love staying at this hotel will recommend it for anyone traveling from America. They are really helpful. Ordered me food as soon as I got there the taxis are all scammers but this hotel ordered me personal taxis that had the lowest prices and took me to the most beautiful spot and a lot of tourist know 10 out of 10 customer service'

'Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Apartment! This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for the apartment in advance, but never received the check-in instructions or the information needed to access the property. As a result, I was completely unable to check in or stay in the apartment I had already paid for. Imagine arriving at your accommodation only to discover that you have no way to get inside and no proper instructions to help you. It was incredibly...

'Room was very clean and spacious. Had nice essentials for an apartment. The hosts ( I believe one of their names were Antonio) were very friendly, helpful and communicative. The hosts were quick to respond'

'Vriendelijk personeel, kamer schoon maar wel donker. Goede ligging ten opzichte van luchthaven'

'Great stay in Naples! The accommodation was clean, had excellent Wi-Fi, and was conveniently located near the city center. The host and the staff member were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!'
