'The location was excellent- walk everywhere once you arrive. Quiet spot walking distance to Raymond island for koala spotting. The only issue, if you book with a 3rd party the resort doesn’t get any information about you.including your access code. So ring them a couple of days prior to arrange. Communication from the resort was very quick'

'Pros: -large space inside the house -Carport was useful -Easy car access to Sale town centre -Laundry facilities are good -Quiet location Cons: - poor communication from host on arrival, no info pack anywhere in the house. - very noisy aircon, basically unusable - Towels were rough and well used - very tired decor, needs full revamped - windows difficult to close - outside and inside woodwork needs painting - windows need to be washed - toilet door can’t be opened from the inside if shut....

'The property was very pet friendly and the location was very peaceful. Overall the location was ideal, the property was well fenced with plenty of room for our dog. A couple of points for improvement; a screen for the entry door to allow for fresh air, also the window in the bathroom was locked so not able to be opened, additionally the sandwich toaster was not clean and some extra bags for rubbish would have been useful.
