'What an absolutely GORGEOUS property and home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners as we toured the grounds. The house is immaculate and decorated nicely. There are fishing ponds, trails to walk, and cows to see! The owners had maps and communicated openly. My kids LOVED it here and wanted to stay (ages 13 thru 5). Serenity and peacefulness here. Best overnight stay we have EVER been to.'

Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) 'I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.'

'Our dog loved being able to go straight to the back yard from the kitchen. Very nice in every way.'

'Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. This made us very uncomfortable and we were concerned about our safety and that of our vehicle overnight. The rooms looked as...

'Cute little cabin. Very clean. Great bath and bed supplies. Great communication with owner. Minor mishap with check in - lock malfunction. Loved the seclusion. Can’t beat morning coffee with a red tail hawk and nightly campfire listening to tree frogs!'

"Het hotel heeft duidelijk van binnen en van buiten een opknapbeurt nodig. Jongeman aan balie was aardig, we kregen een tasje met 2 flesjes drinken, kitkat, zakje chips en 2 koekjes. De kamer is bedompt en de randen en naden zijn vies. Bed en douche schoon. Vloer loopt scheef af, kast uit zijn fatsoen. Heel erg gehorig, we konden pas ver na middernacht slapen door de bovenburen."
