'Stay here all the time when I come up for business from San Diego...in Jingletown area...get a waterside view to feel the escape, get a street side view if you like the Urban vibe. about a 40 min walk to Jack London, cross Park St. bridge for access to Alameda and a ton of restaurants and other amenities and shoreline. Breakfast is great also, sausage, hame, eggs, etc...in the buffet style serving dishes...bar and food onsite.'

'i had a “safe” place to sleep that’s all that truly mattered. surrounding neighborhood is pretty sketchy but that’s oakland for you. pretty big drug bust outside my room on my first day which was pretty shocking, but if you need a place to sleep this is the place to be, just lock up your car.'

'Our room wasn’t ready well after the check in time, and the room looked like there was a bunch of damage from furniture being moved around on the floors. It was ok just for one night but not great. '

'The room was clean, but we requested room service, and they never arrived. No toilet paper, body soap, tissues, or towels. We ask at the front desk each day, and they said they would be there, but they never show up. '

'We requested a handicap accessible room. When physically checking in, they said the current occupants extended their stay and it was no longer available. The room we had was filled with the smell of secondhand smoke (non-smoking room) and there was a live cockroach.'

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'The neighborhood is not the best, but the parking and rooms felt safe. It was surprisingly quiet given how close it was to the freeway. I don't think I'll stay again, but it was great value for the bay area.'
