'Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture,that it's been around awhile.'

'Had bugs in the room, staff was not friendly at check in, she acted like I was bothering her for coming in. In the morning I left the keys in the room and my daughter left her phone so had to go to desk and get a new key … nobody was manning the desk. I waited 25 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the desk nobody around, yelled “does anyone work here” I finally had to walk down the hall to breakfast room and yelled for someone in there for a key. 'NOT A MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE!! The room unfortunately smelled like body odor, and the loveseat had stains on it and was gross. The pool and the hot tub were not available the entire four days that I was there. They also did not clean my room the day after I checked in.'
