I could tell you about the great bedroom with very spacious bathroom with great towels. Both spotless.
I could tell you about their excellent dinner menu & equally excellent breakfast.
Instead I'll tell you about the staff. Every one of them from check-in to restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

'Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten 's morgens en 's avonds gezellige bar met veel volk. Wij verbleven in het Canal Court voor het Open Noord Ierland darttoernooi in het naast gelegen Bellini's. Betere lokatie is niet denkbaar.'
'We had a wedding in Newcastle and decided to stay in the Avoca that night. I rang in advance to see if we could perhaps get an early check in to suit the early wedding and this was accommodated no problem. The hotel itself lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful also. If we’re back that way again we’ll definitely stay again.'

'Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.)
Facilities were good; enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc. that we could cook meals with no problems. Nice bathroom and excellent lounge area. Seating area and space outside as well if the weather permits.
Nice area to walk around as well, with harbour and coast very close by.

'Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted.
