'We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.'

'Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

'The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.'

'Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.'

'Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it.'
