'Wonderful place on the Monon trail, excellent location, friendly helpful staff! '

'My sister and I were just in town for one night for a concert. This hotel was less than 30 minutes from the Gainbridge stadium without being in the city. The hotel had several restaurants attached to the outside of the hotel as well as on the inside. This hotel was very clean and the employees were super nice and accommodating. The room was super cool with different iron worked details that made it like no other hotel I've ever stayed at. I made on site reservations for their sushi restaurant...

'Clean room. Nice location. Easy check in and out. Was a great stay for our family. Breakfast was as expected. Lots of options. '

'The breakfast and dinner menu is really good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! My daughter and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! One thing we would suggest is that the staff clean out the whirlpool periodically throughout the day because of the amount of oil and dirt that we saw while trying to relax. That was a turn off for us returning back to the pool the next day.'

'Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. '

'Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important.'

'Room was quiet and clean but could’ve used more amenities like an iron, makeup remover, more coffee (not just decaf), a blanket because the room was freezing until we figured out the thermostat! The location was convenient right off the highway but not near anything walking distance. '

'I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She '

'The room was dusty, the ice machines were dirty and the managers were very rude I canceled my 3 night stay after one night. I will never book a room here again. '

'The breakfast was hot and plenty of it. Only issue was the waffle cooker. When we cooked our waffle it had black in the waffle. Asked staff about it and he said “I cook everyday, good”. Like he didn’t know why. Maybe they needed cleaned after someone burnt on in it maybe. Anyway, overall was a very pleasant stay. The pool temp could have been maybe 5-10 degrees warmer. We did spend a lot of time there. Thanks'
