You will also have your own private entrance, ensuring a smooth and independent stay. A Driveway parking spot and street parking is available for your convenience, so you won’t need to worry about parking during your visit. No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged. (Only outside)

No Pets: We love those furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. (Violation: $500)

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Please note: We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness.
