'I enjoyed my time at Doubletree Hotel in Carirari in Costa Rica. The property is really unique and the openness gave the hotel such an great vibe. While the property was a little dated, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was close enough to take an Uber to downtown San Jose to see some of the sites. The hotel has a shuttle for drop off and pick up at the airport. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the San Jose area. '

'De reden dat ik een score 5 geef is omdat de dag dat we zouden komen 's avonds het vliegtuig uit panama niet kon landen vanwege de mist (regentijd, komt dan blijkbaar vaker voor). Uitgeweken naar Managua. Ons pas de volgende dag gemeld bij dit hotel. Ze zouden onze nacht niet in rekening brengen (terwijl het dus een goedkope overnachting was zonder restitutie). 'I'm a native English speaker, but some of the hotel staff spoke limited English. I tried to learn as much as I could before my trip, and it was really helpful! I was able to communicate a bit with the staff. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my wife and me. The property was well maintained, and the pool was refreshing, especially considering how hot it was; it was not heated.

'Peter and his wife were super communicative, prior to our departure. Day of our arrival he stayed up late to meet us and show us our room. The room was clean, and we'll appointed. Only down side would be the pillows were thin and you can hear the planes taking off. Breakfast the next day was great and they helped arrange a ride back to the airport. Would recommend for a night of arrival or departure from. Either international or domestic terminals. '

"The name Radisson is false, it might have been in the past? Nowadays it’s a choice hotel. The hotel looks old and outdated, a shower with a shower curtain and a shower-head full of lime.
It was okay for one night after a long flight, would be disappointed of I have chosen this one for more nights.
The breakfast is really simple as well.
They advertise as a 4 star hotel, in Western Europe it would get a maximum of 2 stars. "
