The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff. 'It was such a perfect location to walk and see the sites of Santa Fe. Very lively bar atmosphere in the evening. Excellent bartender with wonderful drinks. Rooms were quiet bedding was excellent. Staff was fantastic.'

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...
