Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. 'Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.'

'Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

'The sound of the AC starting up and shutting down kept us up all nite. No trash can in room or bathroom. Bug crawling on bathroom floor near toilet. Window blinds visibly dusty. Indicator light on AC that filter change was needed. At 9AM the only food available was dry oatmeal and dry cereal. Water leaking from ceiling in lounge area off lobby. And this was a newly renovated room! We stayed here before and this was not our experience.'
