Kitchen: The kitchen contains granite counter tops, recently updated stainless appliances, and a gas range. The kitchen is open to the adjacent dining room, separated by a breakfast bar.
Dining Room: The large dining room seats 8 and includes a small sitting area in front of the gas fireplace.
Full Bathroom 1: Includes a tile and glass walk-in shower.
Den: A cozy den offers a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: The Master suite has everything you need to relax. There is a king bed and an adjacent spacious sitting area that can be used for reading or even yoga. To top it off there is a porch off the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or to enjoy a summer evening.
Bathroom 2: Ensuite to the Master, this large, modern bathroom has a gorgeous soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2: This room contains a Queen bed and offers plenty of natural light and two closets.

The deck overlooks the a fenced-in yard and features a patio dining set. There is also a gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach.
