THE HOME: Dit huis is nieuw voltooid 2018 met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort voor het vakantieleven. Gewelfde plafonds in de grote kamer, chef's keuken met twee wastafels, airconditioning, snel internet, Weber-gasgrill, zelfs een wijnkoelkast! Home beschikt over twee afzonderlijke familiekamers met groot scherm SmartTV's voor beneden kijken naar films en ontspanning - ruim terras met uitzicht op de hele baai van Ipswich. Het huis wordt volledig aangedreven door SOLAR-panelen (met back-up naar het elektriciteitsnet).

Boven heeft twee slaapkamers: master suite, kingsize bed, met ligbad en walk-in closet. Kleine slaapkamer of kantoor, ligbed met onderschuifbed, in de hal van half bad en wasruimte. Grote kamer omvat de keuken, het eiland, het eetgedeelte en een woonruimte met een speelgedeelte en SmartTV met Comcast Xfinity en toegang tot Hulu / Netflix / Amazon-streamingdiensten ... Allemaal met weidse 180 graden uitzicht op de baai (enigszins beperkt door bomen in de zomermaanden).

Beneden heeft twee slaapkamers: een tweede master suite, kingsize bed, met ligbad en inloopkast. Tweede slaapkamer "Bunk Room" heeft twee stapelbedden (beide twin over full-size matrassen!), inloopkast en complete badkamer met ligbad voor het baden van de kinderen. De beneden familiekamer heeft ook een woonkamer met 55 "Flat screen SmartTV met dezelfde toegang als boven. Pack & Play, speelgoed en games zijn ook beschikbaar op het terrein.

BUITEN: De slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping en slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping hebben een prachtig uitzicht op het water; minimale bomen versperren, maar bieden comfortabele schaduw voor ontspanning en zomerplezier.

50 meter verderop zijn twee volledig privé, rustige, stranden die worden gedeeld met het landgoed. De ene is zacht, wit zand (voor hoog water), een ervan is expansief zacht grijs zand (bij eb). Twee tennisbanen worden ook gedeeld met het landgoed en beschikbaar voor gebruik, evenals een volledige kinderspeelplaats met glijbanen, schommels en schaduw voor het versieren van de kleintjes!

Een uitzonderlijke plek voor gezinnen (vooral jonge kinderen) die weg willen van de drukte van de drukte, voor privé kajakken / paddleboarden in de koele baai van Ipswich! Neem je eigen sportuitrusting mee (Ipswich Bay is fantastisch voor watersporten) - misschien zelfs een vis vangen. 2 volwassen paddles voor volwassenen, 1 middelgrote kajak en 2 kinderkajaks zijn beschikbaar voor gebruik in het huis. Huis heeft een verwarmde buitendouche en slang voor het afwassen van zand.

DE OMGEVING: Charmant / Historisch centrum van Gloucester ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden (4 mijl). Er zijn walvissen spotten, visreizen, veel geweldige visrestaurants, beroemde bars en leuke markten in de binnenstad!

Langs de weg zijn er prachtige openbare steengroeven. Warm om in te zwemmen en prachtig om te wandelen!

Het beroemde Market Restaurant ligt op 1,6 km lopen, in Annisquam ... Zorg ervoor dat u belt voor reserveringen, boek weken van tevoren!

We came in for the marathon and wanted to stay closer to the water and away from the city to try something different. This house was absolutely perfect for a family. With 4 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, and a view of the Ocean you couldn't ask for anything better. The host Meakin was extremely accessible and answered all of our questions.

Great house; great location. Our week-long stay to visit family over Christmas was almost perfect. We are particular about the properties we select and this home did not disappoint. The location was convenient with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed taking walks throughout the property and along the shoreline. The home was spacious and had a great layout. It was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying again in the future!

We rented this property for our family for our son's wedding. You have a view of the water and the sunlight streams in. It is absolutely beautiful. There is a large outdoor deck, perfect for the outside living we love. The space was perfect for our two families plus my mom. We didn't get a chance to use all the extras (kayaks, tennis courts, etc.), but we would love to come back sometime and do so. Meakin was very responsive to the few requests we had. We definitely recommend this beautiful spot!

We were so happy to find this property for 7 of us to stay in while visiting Gloucester for a wedding! The view of Ipswich Bay from the great room was fantastic, and we loved the open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/great room so we could all hang out together. The 3 full bathrooms were excellent and much needed for 7 adults to get ready to attend a wedding. Highly recommended for those visiting Gloucester, MA in the future!

Haze Gray was a perfect house for our family of active adults and small children. The private beach is less than a 5 min walk with small waves and great sand castle- building space. Lovely walking paths nearby with magnificent views. Sunset views from the deck were a treat. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well appointed with all tools for cooking and grilling. Loved it!

Haze Gray is a spacious and well appointed home. We were a party of 8 and had ample room. Evenings were spent enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and listening to the bull frogs from the fresh water pond. Our older boys were thrilled to have bunk beds and there were two pack and plays and a high chair seat that were very handy to have with our youngest. We loved taking the kayaks out and exploring the two private beaches that were just yards from the house. This was a perfect retreat for our family. Thank you for sharing Haze Gray! We spent 16 nights in December at this wonderful property. The layout and functionality are ideal for larger groups. We were celebrating our first grandson with extended family members from NC, AZ and Scotland and this home was the perfect spot. Plenty of room to be together or get away on your own. Little things like the heating system and hot water ran perfectly. Kitchen had all the appliances/dish & drink wear needed and was very functional. Location in Gloucester MA also a big plus! We highly recommend this property.

We rented for the week with our friends. The check in/out process was seemless. The house is well appointed and laid out nicely. The views were breathtaking from all rooms in the house as well as the porch. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch. Next time we will use the paddle boards on the water.

We rented this house for 2 weeks and would stay for 2 more if we could! The house is only a couple of years old, very pretty and comfortable and just like the photos. We sat on the deck watching the view (and stunning sunsets!), having drinks and barbecues, and went to the beach every day, and explored the coastline in kayaks. Everything is convenient, so anyone in our group could go to the beach without having to coordinate with others, able to come back to the house to get a snack, etc. We have rented many houses over the years, and this is the first one I really want to come back to!

Haze Grey came as advertised. Ocean views in a quiet setting. We had plenty of room for two couples and one in-law. With two master suites there was sufficient privacy and bathrooms for all including the 1/2 bath just off the main living area so even guests, if any, could be accommodated. We loved our stay here. It was a long weekend in-state getaway on a very warm weekend to celebrate my husband's retirement. Some in our small group did remote work with the water and sunset as a backdrop. Although we've lived in MA for decades we've never explored this area in depth. We loved everything about it. The house was clean and comfortable and new. The kitchen was very large. The beds were comfortable. The views, spectacular. The check-in process and communication with the owner was simple and prompt. It was the perfect pandemic trip for us. We highly recommend this house. We loved climbing on the rocks and exploring the property. We had a picnic lunch down by the water. We loved exploring Halibut Point SP just minutes down the road. We went to Gloucester and Coolidge Reservation. Spent a day at the Wildlife Refuge on Plum Island. Just so much to do on the property and nearby.

Just a fantastic house, great views, well equipped with a great owner. Loved taking the kids to the beach and exploring the whole area. There’s a perfect sledding hill next to the house in winter. Every detail is well thought out, Internet was fast as heck, beds super comfy, showers robust. Even the stroll to the dumpster felt special - seriously. Hope we are able to come back at some point!
