'Good accommodation for a 1 night stay. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Some of the interiors within the hotel need updating but overall I was perfectly happy.'

'Lovely hotel in a prime position. View from the room was beautiful. We had a sea view and could see the sun rise from our bed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice with plenty of choice. We used the restaurant in the hotel which was an Italian. Although a little pricey, it was very nice. Room was cleaned daily and tea/coffee and biscuits replenished daily. We didn’t use the pool as it opened at 9:00 and we wanted an earlier swim. We were offered use of their sister hotel but didn’t use...

'WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me.'

'Such a lovely hotel , amazing view of the river , was given a upgrade wow it was a 2 bedroom apartment floor to ceiling window in lounge to relax and watch the boats sail by what more could we ask for . The food was all delicious, we had breakfast , lunch and dinner , staff were all very friendly . The hydropool in spa was relaxing everywhere was clean . There were a couple of niggles in the room , the bed was making creaking noises every movement which was a bit annoying so maybe the bedstead...

'Only here for one night, but will be back. Hotel is deep in the New Forest, but well worth the trek to get to it. Yes, you need transportation, but once there you can be as active for relaxed as you want. Perfect location for a walk in the Forest. We had a room overlooking the forest. Great view with wildlife walking by, very comfortable bed, lovely tea & coffee...New Forest shortbread was delicious. Very comfortable bed. Every was lovely from the check in to our departure and dinner on...
