'The best I can say is that it was mostly clean. Everywhere in the hotel including the rooms, something is non-functional. A few of the staff were exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The rest were clueless or didn't speak English. If this were a 60-70 dollar a night hotel, I'd say you got your money's worth. Unfortunately, we're talking 120-160 a night. The free breakfast was passable, but there is no bar or restaurant. There are a few customer laundry machines but no laundry...

'The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool.'

'There was no shampoo so I called to get some and scheduled it for 10am but the person was there before 9. Was woken up twice by staff but wasn’t able to sleep anyway because there are no blackout curtains and the air conditioning started making a screeching sound in the middle of the night. They didn’t want to do a partial refund because “the ac issue wasn’t reported” but considering I was only staying for one night, it didn’t make sense to move all my things and switch to a different room at...
