'The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!).'

'Convenient location but has really gone downhill. Grass hadn’t been cut, hallways were dirty and for a 5 nite stay they cleaned our room once. Had to ask for new towels and got an attitude from housekeeping. Breakfast was also just so so. Will stay elsewhere next time we’re in town.'

'This hotel is very well kept. It felt clean all around. The pool is very small. Capacity listed is 10 people. If you’re with a large group, I think it’s fair to make you aware. Weight room is incredible with great equipment. We didn’t try the free breakfast so I can’t rate that, but lots of good places to eat nearby. One downfall was a broken plug stuck in our bathroom socket. I made the mistake of touching it trying to plug my blow dryer in and felt a serious shock. I let the front desk know,...

'You could literally write on the mirror in the room it was so dirty. The pool was dingy. The hotel ran out of pillows so when asked for a blanket & pillow for the pullout that was paid for in the room we were denied saying you were out of pillows. Coffee was not kept fresh in the lobby through the day, it sat all day. Will not return to this hotel!'

'It was clean and Close to restaurants and stores'

'As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.'

'Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.'

'The staff were amazing. The night manager played board games with multiple groups of children there for a soccer tournament. It was nice to have amenities such as a pool, basketball court, and hot breakfast.'

'The location is good. The staff that I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The one issue was at checkout. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear someone in the back (of the desk area that is not visible to guests). After waiting a couple of minutes, I shouted back, “Is anyone working the front desk?” The talk in the back continued. The line got longer waiting for service. I repeated my question, loud enough to be heard two more times. I left furious over the incident....
