'The house was well equipped, well-maintained, well stocked and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were modern. It was ideal for my needs as I was spending most of my time at Anschutz hospital which was just five minutes away. I liked having a quiet place to come to with no other people at the end of the day. And liked having my own driveway.'

Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,...

'Stayed for a week. Clean and Comfortable for a family of three. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Nicely priced. Street parking and no washing/dryer was an inconveniences because we were here for a softball tournament and had to go to the laundromat, but there is a laundromat within 5 minutes. I would recommend this place because the manager was easy to work with and was always helpful. '
