'Property was beautiful and upmarket. Room was nice. The most important thing that made our stay horrible was being denied access to the heating. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Farmers Home Hotel.
When we were shown to our room, the reception manager advised us that the room was cold and that the air conditioning was set to 18°C, suggesting that we turn it off. When I asked about heating, I was told that the temperature settings were restricted and that heating was not being...
'The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, we experienced excellent customer service. The breakfasts were well prepared with a great range of choices, the food was excellent, the room was very spacious and meticulously serviced each day. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the beach, shopping centre and restaurants.
This location is an excellent place to stay and we are looking forward to visit again next year.'
'The room was spacious and very well equipped. It had cutlery and crockery as well as microwave and toaster so we could eat in if desired. The gardens and swimming pool area were beautifully kept. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The only negative for us was a limited range of tap beers in the attractive bar/dining room. We would happily stay there again.'
'The property we stayed in (deluxe cabin) was excellent. Clean, tidy, comfortable and everything worked (great wifi). Potholes around entrance need some attention.'
'The room didn’t have two bedside tables for two beds. Made it hard for the person sleeping on the side of the bed that didn’t have the bedside table. Used one of the chairs instead'
