'Lovely'

'Really nice hotel!'

'The property is perfectly located - one short block from the Grand Canal, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and about 5 minutes to the harbour front. Luca, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, mostly via WhatsApp, and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show us around. We had booked the Taupe room, which has its own bathroom. The Green room’s dedicated bathroom is a short walk across a landing. Our room was huge, with a separate sitting room both...

'Ottima accoglienza, camera silenziosa e pulita, colazione eccellente '

'Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement! Ideale locatie en parkeergarage op 500 meter afstand!'

'The property has a great location, a few minutes walks from St Marks. The staff were very attentive and helpful with transportation options, directions, and generally just supporting your needs.'

'Nice hotel great location friendly staff'

'Uitstekende locatie. Zeer aan te bevelen'

'Todo perfecto. Céntrico. Mucha variedad de restauración y supermercados cerca. Movilidad fácil. Limpio y amplio.

'Perfect location, you are in the city centre! friendly service, clean rooms, no noise issues, but the breakfast could be much much better if more organised. Too few places, chaotic, 2nd day there was even no cheese or ham available and for the price paid this is unacceptable. Everyone propped around the toasters... good coffee though! Just rethink how you can organise better. Foresee small towels for the bathroom not only big ones. '

'Solid place to sleep'

'Mooi hotel, mega kamer voor 4 personen. Lekker ontbijt'

'The worst bed I've ever had in my whole life of travelling. Even in third world countries, I've slept better!!'
