'Beautiful pool, private beach and views of Muscat. The room was clean and very comfortably with the possibility to re-fill glass water botles. Also an added bonus was the shuttlebus the hotel offers to a few of the highlights. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful. Wr just really enjoyed our stay. '

Je gaat liggen aan het zwembad, er komt direct een koud flesje water. Heerlijke lounge met lekker muziek. Alles is gewoon WAUW! 'Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. '
'Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos!

Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. 'Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect.
I have stayed many 5* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise. To me it was best stay with big family on holidays to muscat,...
