'Allocated parking space was great. Check in was easy and shown to room by friendly staff member. Room was large and and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Breakfast was good. Location on the high street was perfect.'

'Our room had a balcony/roof top area which was good. The bed was comfortable. The price was good and it was a good base, only 10 minute walk to Bridgnorth centre. Parking was available across the road at £4 for 24 hours. One of the chairs was partly broken in our roof top area and the wall mounting for the shower head was poor. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay and we were happy with our stay overall. We had a breakfast on our last morning which was very good.'

'Lovely clean room, excellent staff, great kitchen. BUT… green light in room not conducive to good sleep, and the fire alarm went off at midnight, after which the excitement seemed to evoke some guests to chat and laugh through the night until 3am, then the same group of four men woke up and continued their frivolities from 5:30am until they left just after 7am. Not the staff’s fault. But the sound proofing is poor.'

'Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

'We enjoyed our recent stay in a ground floor, twin bed, en-suite room. There was handy parking, a friendly welcome, a lovely clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was warm and cosy, and we would be happy to stay again.'

'lovely rooms, spacious and plenty of storage and a fridge. Good restaurant and good menu, reasonably priced. Nice seating areas to front and rear including a pizza oven. Breakfast was good, though you had to order the previous night, so you are stuck with what you ordered no matter what kind of night you have!'
