The villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 people and offers two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large panoramic veranda—perfect for dining with company and relaxing while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea and the pool.

The villa also features two bathrooms: the first is located within the master bedroom and is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet; the second is in the living area and includes a sink, toilet, and bidet.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool with a sun deck, surrounded by a well-tended garden filled with Mediterranean plants. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided, perfect for relaxing poolside or at the beach.
