Het hotel ziet er modern en fris uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en attent (bij melding van onze terugreis om 4 uur in de ochtend werd ons meteen een ontbijtpakket aangeboden).

'Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area.'

Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . Delicious breakfast with a good choice . Would love to return to this hotel . Thanks for a super stay '

"We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket. "
