'Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this.
The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage.'

'The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again'

'What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite '

'This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Highly recommend! '

'It was really fun, we enjoyed our stay there, the reception was s friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were neatly tidied. We got lost in trying to find our room on arrival, and asking from the cleaners that were not as friendly was not nice at all. Over and above all we had great time. Thank you '
