I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in. About an hour later, we were moved to a handicap accessible room. It was bigger but i don't think it was the suite that i paid for. This was just the start of a terrible stay. There were huge roaches in the small dining area, our view from the room was a parking lot and a fenced-off area full of wrecked vehicles. The first morning we were there, the hot breakfast was totally eaten by transient workers and never replenished. We had to save and reuse our disposable coffee cups because they ran out and no one was at the desk to ask for more. The price i paid (over $300) for two nights was a rip-off. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
