'The place is clean but very dated Needs a refurb exspensive for just a room and no breakfast . You do get some instant porridge and a chocolate pastry . Tea and coffee . OK for 1 night , but would not go again'

The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend.'

Not your run of the mill continental breakfast, but a sit down, order from an extensive menu kind of meal. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful and the location was convenient to the town’s landmarks. Would definitely stay here again!'
