Also bath robes slippers and toiletries including shower cap sewing kit shampoo shower gel and conditioner. Breakfast was good. Great value for money. Owner is very friendly and provides a warm welcome. Would recommend.'

'When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. 'The hotel is fine and located just outside the busy street of Chersonissos. Unfortunately the airco in our room was defect, but we changed room when it turned out it could not be fixed. The beach is in front of the hotel. Maybe not the best as it is rather small. The hotel has also a good restaurant for lunch/dinner and you can sit at the seaside.'
