'When arrived the safe didn't work, it was a side Seaview not Seaview. The parking is not on premises but 300 meters away, not a garage. The safe would be replaced within a few days, didn't happen the whole 12 days. Curtains dropped from the rail and we had to contact reception for 3 days before it was fixed. Shower is full of water as no door to prevent water to come all over the bathroom. I travel a lot, gold with Hotels, platinum with IHG. This hotel cost me more than InterContinental, but...

Le petit dej est super et varié si vous déjeuner à l'anglaise (salé) par contre pour le petit dej à la française manque de variété dans les viennoiseries toujours les mêmes (croissant et cake. )
Le prix des boissons non seulement cher mais il faut rajouter 10% au prix affiché sur la carte. Pour un 5 étoiles personnellement je ne trouve ça pas bien. Nous avons fait...

Er worden dagelijks diverse uitstekende maaltijden geserveerd. Het hotel maakt nu deel uit van de Valamar groep en werd deels al gerenoveerd met een zeer mooi resultaat tot gevolg. Het is reeds de derde maal dat ik dit hotel heb geboekt en zal dit in de toekomst nog doen.'
