This fabulous home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms each with roomy closets as well as built in cabinets for storage. The master bedroom is ideal with an extensive master bathroom! There are two living rooms and two dining rooms and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your stay. Of course the star of the show is the massive (20x40) heated indoor pool (with retractable roof for summer time) that will be available and useful no matter what the unpredictable Indiana weather brings. It's a heated room, but also the sun warms it and creates a balmy tropical feel year around.
Between the huge pool and the spacious living area is an outdoor courtyard where you can enjoy the privacy of being tucked into a quiet haven to enjoy your vacation.
Our home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood where there is very little road activity and is perfect for kids and adults to walk and enjoy the outdoor air.

~~~As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 8am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are families who want quiet lives. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.~~~
