Maison agréable, lumineuse, superbe extérieur !
Bon séjour entre amis, la piscine est top et le jardin très spacieux ! Voiture nécessaire pour profiter de la région. Hôte arrangeant !

Bonjour et merci de votre appréciation. Pourriez vous nous indiquer ce qui vous a induit a ne laisser qu'une note de 4 etoiles, de façon a ce que nous améliorions la venue pour les futurs vacanciers. On pensait que vous avoir accueillis et laissé porfiter de la Villa 5 heures en avance justifierai un 5 etoiles toutefois nous sommes ouvert aux suggestions. Y'aurait il une description de la Villa qui ne corresponde pas?

Bien sauf une température trop basse surtout le 1er soir et la literie d'un lit bien trop molle . A revoir, c'est important.

Bonsoir, merci de votre retour. Toutefois il serait bon de reconnaitre et d'aprecier la temperature a laquelle la Villla etait chauffee, au-dela de la temperature ordonnee par le gouvernement, m'exposant ainsi a des amendes plus importantes que la location pour votre sejour, et pour votre comfort. En ce qui concerne le matelas, nous avons verifier et c'est le matelas de type hotel que nous avons installer dans cette chambre. Nous avons opte pour different types de fermetees pour les matelas de sort que chaque locataire y trouve son comfort. Les matelas que vous decrivez sont plus adaptes a des personnes dormant sur le cote. Nous vous invitons a revoir votre note qui est extremement tres severe d'autant plus que nous avions aussi accepte l'usage de matelas pour accomoder votre repartititon des enfants et ce sans flechir. Cordialement

Einfach perfekt
Ein tolles Haus, das wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wir haben dort zwei sehr entspannte Wochen verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Bei unseren Kindern (13 und 11) war der wunderschöne Pool sehr beliebt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als es die Bilder versprachen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um die Bretagne zu erkunden. Benodet mit tollen Stränden in der Umgebung ist schnell zu erreichen. Auch Quimper liegt nahe. Wir kommen wieder!

Magnifique camp de base pour visiter la Bretagne sud
Cette maison a tous les avantages pour accueillir une famille (nous étions 10 de 3 générations) avec tout le confort . Les chambres sont grandes et confortables , les équipements sont de qualité let la piscine et les extérieurs sont parfaits pour les plus jeunes.

Lovely house in a lovely setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the garden and pool were lovely The pool is a good size. The house is located in a quieter, but beautiful part of Brittany. There were lots of sites to visit nearby. Check in and check out process went smoothly and William was an excellent host. All in all, a lovely stay. Thank you

Holiday Stay
The property was as expected very modern and spacious. The only addition would be a manual explaining how some equipment worked eg the hoover system which we did not use but would have. The property was well equipped.

Many thanks for the great comments and stars rating. It was a real pleasure having you at the Villa. We take note of the comments and we probably will had a cordless vacuum as the central vacuuming system can be heavy.

Gouesnac’h Summer Holiday
Beautiful house and pool in a small, picturesque town in Brittany. Close to the river and beaches but quiet enough to cycle around the local roads. The house was exactly as advertised. Very flexible for family groups or friends. Contemporary decor. Very clean. Friendly meet and greet. Would recommend.

A really lovely house with plenty to do locally
The house was really well set up for adults and kids, well furnished and lots of space. Easy to arrange travel arrangements and contact the vendor. A great week over too soon

Wow, It was perfect. We loved the house and pool in a tranquil setting only 10 mins from Bénodet
Wow, Beautiful house and pool. Only 10mins drive to Bénodet beach which is great French sea side resort. Gouesnach village is 5 mins drive for fresh croissants every morning. Jeannick welcomed us with provisions which was a really nice touch. We were lucky with the extra hot weather so the pool and large garden was utilised until sunset. William the owner is very helpful, before we arrived he sent maps of directions to the house and shops. Overall it is a fantastic place for a holiday and we hope to go again. Thank you William and thank you Jeannick.

What a great time!
We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house! My family really enjoyed lots of time together in the pool area, with barbeques and fun games with the children. The house is really good, it has all one needs for a comfortable stay. We were really lucky with the weather too. The area is quiet and private, but you dont feel isoleted as you can get to Benodet in less than 15 minutes. We could not ask for more - it has been a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic house with great facilities. Helpful and friendly hosts.
The villa is a great place to stay on holiday, close to Quimper. It was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the open plan ground floor worked well for our family of six adults. There’s a ground floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom which is off the living area. The property is in a quiet location but not isolated. There are lots of facilities in the garden, including sun loungers, table & chairs, armchairs and parasol as well as the pool which make it very comfortable and relaxing. To go with all the wonderful aspects of this house, the host was really friendly and helpful when we arrived. The best house we’ve ever rented !
