The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dining table, a salamander stove for the colder days and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the second has two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property features an outdoor wood oven, where you can cook delicious meals using traditional methods.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Moimenta da Serra is a parish in the municipality of Gouveia, within the district of Guarda. It is situated in the northern part of Portugal, specifically in the region known as Beira Alta. The parish is part of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, characterized by hilly terrain and part of the Serra da Estrela mountain range.

The parish is surrounded by the scenic landscapes of the Serra da Estrela, offering residents and visitors breathtaking views and opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking and winter sports. The natural park is recognized for its diverse flora and fauna.

Due to its elevated location, Moimenta da Serra experiences a mountain climate, with cold winters that can include snowfall and relatively mild summers.

The region is known for its wine production, contributing to the local economy and allowing visitors to enjoy Portuguese wines.

The highest point in Portugal, Torre, is accessible from this region.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
