'Very dirty carpets everywhere. Worn out rooms. Beds felt dirty. Noisy. Food ok ish, big portions, comfort food only. Not good for kids, nothing to do. No access to sports facilities. Felt unsafe. Friendly staff!'

'Although we expected an hotel with atmosphere and comfort, it was over all an average experience. The window was located on the side, but it wasn't much use in blocking the sound of the traffic, so the earplugs were needed. Breakfast was good. Location average, but that's what you can expect in Swansea.'

'Check in was seemless and our bags were carried up to our room. We ate in each night, 3 times, several special offers, good range of dishes, expertly cooked and presented. Cooked breakfast was excellent with several options. Happy hour in the bar between 5 and 7pm, buy 1 get 1 free. Overall a great stay. '
